Paul Rawlins

Paul is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in international trade, economic development, and business startups. Based in Sisters, Oregon, Paul is known for building teams and leveraging people’s talents and abilities to drive revenue growth.

Paul has started multiple CPG businesses. Recently, as the Chief Revenue Officer at Plantbaby Inc., Paul played a pivotal role in growing the business from a startup to a multi-million dollar business in a few short years. He led the sales and marketing team, restructured sales channels, and helped secured $6 million in private and institutional funding.

Prior, Paul served as the Senior Director of Business Development at Laird Superfood, where he grew the company from launch to $45 million in revenue and helped guide its successful public offering. He developed and implemented Laird Superfood’s global strategy, led innovation, expanding its presence into multiple countries, and navigating complex international regulations.

As the founder and CEO of Kabum Coffee International, Paul developed an international agriculture strategy for Uganda’s coffee sector, creating supply chains with Michigan State University, and improving prices for farmers. He also spearheaded community development projects, including building schools, churches, and wells.

Paul holds a degree in Business Management from Corban University and extensive foreign travel experience.
